Edan Gross is the original friendly Good Guy Doll voice heard in Child’s Play (1988), Child’s Play 2 (1990) and Child’s Play 3 (1991), including Friendly Chucky and named dolls such as Oscar, Tommy, Larry and Paulie.

Edan supplied the original Good Guy voice heard in toy greetings and doll dialogue—including the friendly version of Chucky and named dolls such as Tommy, Oscar, Larry and Paulie.

The contrast between Edan’s bright childlike delivery and the killer doll’s darker voice became part of the series’ unmistakable sound. The original film’s final confrontation even lets both voices collide as the damaged doll continues to speak.
